2. Prohibited Items

Users must not ship any of the following:

2. Illegal substances
3. Perishable food or live animals
4. Cash, credit cards, or valuable documents
5. Jewelry, antiques, or irreplaceable items
6. Batteries (lithium-ion or otherwise)
7. Flammable or hazardous materials

Shipping any of the above items may result in customs seizure, legal action, or return of the shipment at the sender’s expense.

Reluggz is not liable for any shipment delays, losses, or non-delivery if:

1. The contents are prohibited or not declared truthfully
2. The package is held by customs or regulatory bodies
3. Incorrect or incomplete address information is provided
4. Local courier attempts delivery but the recipient is unavailable

3. Liability and Insurance

Reluggz provides optional insurance through its partners. Standard shipments are not covered unless insurance is selected during checkout. Reluggz is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft once the luggage is in the hands of the courier.
